My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and shiny, but I had to change rooms several times due to cleanliness issues, and the lady at reception seemed careless. On the bright side, the housekeeping staff were very diligent in maintaining cleanliness. The service was friendly and helpful, although I wish they were more proactive in enforcing no smoking policies. The location was perfect, right on the foreshore with easy access to the business area and other attractions. However, the dining options were very limited and quite below par. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
